Dana Rad, PhD. is Associate Professor in the Faculty of Educational Sciences, Psychology and Social Sciences at Aurel Vlaicu University of Arad, Romania. She holds a double specialization in Psychology (PhD in Cognitive Applied Psychology) and Automation (MD in Automation and Intelligent Systems). She was a Visiting Professor at Instituto Superior Miguel Torga in Coimbra and Instituto Politecnico Portalegre, Portugal and at University of Oviedo, Spain and research scientist in more than 20 European Union funded projects. As a direct output of the implementation of such initiative, there have been developed career counseling procedures for any type of beneficiary, with a special focus on NEETs, training courses, curricula and Workshops in the field of career counseling and lately in fighting against online hate speech and analyzing the negative psychological effects of online narratives on youth mental health. There have been also organized International Conferences focused on disseminating project’s results and initiate discussions with other relevant experts in the field. Common resources were published in Career counseling strategies - a practical Handbook and Keeping Youth Safe form Cyberbullying – a practical Handbook.
She is member in the editorial review board of 13 International Journals. Her research interests include: Cognitive Applied Sciences, Organizational Psychology, Fuzzy logic, Nonlinear Dynamics, Hate Speech etc. She is coauthor of 16 books and 70 international conferences and journal papers. She is a member of IANLP, IACAT, IAENG and APA.

He has been the president of A.C.S.E.S.O since its founding and is a project manager, professional trainer, language teacher and coach, expert in cyberbullying, youth empowerment and critical thinking, supporting many people over the years. He is a certified UN Dialogue Facilitator and lead trainer for youth in the Erasmus+ Virtual Exchange Project.

She is currently involved in the Erasmus+Virtual Exchange Project funded by the European Commission and works closely with Higher Education Institutes to set up and undertake online facilitated dialogue sessions within transnational collaborations.
She is also a trainer supporting such projects and facilitates in English, French and Italian. She brings her experience as a teacher and a journalist into her current role, and enjoys the variety of topics the transnational exchange projects bring to facilitation.

Currently he is studying in Universidad de Cordoba in M.A. Culture of Peace, Conflicts, Education and Human Rights. He is an expert on Empowerment, Intercultural Dialogue and Peace Education. He coordinated an empowerment program for refugees with the funding of European Instrument for Human Rights and Democracy related to social rights of refugees and developed educational and theoretical material. He has two publications "Syrian Refugees in Sanliurfa and Education Research 2016", "Paralegal Volunteer Training Handbook". He has been cooperating two KA2 Capacity Building in the field of Youth Project with the partners from St. Vincent and Uganda with the organizations in Turkey and Spain. He is able to speak English, German, Spanish and Turkish.
